In case of conflict between translations, the English version governs.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quippy mobile application and related services (“Quippy,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using Quippy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Quippy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Quippy. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that sets a higher digital age of consent, you must be at least 16. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Quippy uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us at hello@getquippy.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Free trial Quippy Pro includes a 3-day free trial available with the yearly plan. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to the paid yearly plan automatically. The trial is available once per Apple ID. Quippy Pro Quippy Pro unlocks unlimited LinkedIn post generation, three variations per generate, natural-language refinement, brand voice memory, and your full searchable history. Pro is offered in two plans: Yearly — currently $69.99/year, with a 3-day free trial (42% savings vs monthly) Monthly — currently $9.99/month, no trial The exact price you see, including taxes and any local currency conversion, is shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase. Prices may change; we will notify you in advance for any change that affects your active subscription. Auto-renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. How to cancel You can cancel your subscription anytime through your store account: iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Quippy Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. Refunds All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies — for example, Apple’s 14-day refund right in the EU and UK still applies. We do not issue refunds outside the store’s policies.
You agree not to: Use Quippy to generate or distribute spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or any unlawful content; Impersonate a person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one; Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract source code or our prompts; Resell, sublicense, or repackage the generation API for third parties; Bypass rate limits or subscription enforcement, or use automation to abuse the service; Upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material or photos of people who have not consented; Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
Posts in Quippy are produced by an AI model. By using Quippy you understand and accept that: AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific context. Outputs can occasionally be repetitive, off-tone, or factually wrong. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any post Quippy produces. You are responsible for legal compliance, accuracy, and appropriateness in the channel where you publish it. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the suitability or quality of the generated content for any particular purpose.
Your content You own the prompts you write, the photos you upload, your brand voice notes, and the posts Quippy generates for you. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us a limited license to process them only as needed to operate the service (for example, to send your prompt to our AI provider so we can return a result to you). Our service The Quippy app, website, brand, name, logo, design, prompts, and underlying software are owned by Quippy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
You may stop using Quippy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or use it in a way that creates legal or safety risk for us or other users. Where reasonable, we will give you notice; in serious cases (fraud, attacks, illegal content) we may act immediately. On termination, the licenses we grant you end and we will delete your account data per our Privacy Policy.
Quippy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quippy and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Quippy will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $20. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence). If you are using Quippy through the App Store, the store’s own minimum-liability terms also apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect. By continuing to use Quippy after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app and delete your account.
